The charity auction benefiting the&nbsp;<a href="https://spolusodvahou.org/cz/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Spolu s odvahou Foundation</a> celebrates its fifth edition this year. The curated selection brings together different generations, media and artistic approaches. For the first time, contemporary Czech and international art will be complemented by works by Czech designers.
The proceeds from the auction will help fund free experiential therapy programmes through which the Spolu s odvahou Foundation supports children with serious illnesses and their families throughout treatment, during their return to school and in their everyday lives. These include the Together in Hospital programme at Motol University Hospital, the Together at School programme, which now provides support in three regions of the Czech Republic, as well as family camps in Hatvan, Hungary. In 2025 alone, 656 children and their family members took part in these programmes. Nearly sixty trained volunteers accompanied them through more than 3,300 hours of experiential therapy.
This year&rsquo;s auction will also support the Vlček Family Foundation. The proceeds from one of the works offered at auction will be donated towards furnishing rooms for children and their families at a new children&rsquo;s palliative care centre currently being developed at the Cibulka estate in Prague.

These are handbags made of crystal, hand‑blown furnace glass, created in collaboration with glassmaker Marek Effmert.
&ldquo;I tried to create something that would be an artwork, but at the same time would go beyond the boundaries of galleries, shelves, and walls, and could be used &ndash; in this case, taken out into society. The result is a product on the border between design, artwork, fashion, and jewellery.&rdquo;
